Furthermore, you will explore local markets and craft shops before having lunch, after which you will proceed to Volcanoes National Park in Ruhengeri.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking Ruhengeri Volcanoes N/Park, & drive back to Kigali

Gorilla trekking in Ruhengeri Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda, commences in the early morning following breakfast. Bring a packed lunch, bottled water, and your equipment for gorilla trekking, and gather at Kinigi for a briefing from the park ranger. At 8:00 am, you and the designated park guide will commence your expedition through the bamboo forest of Volcanoes National Park for a duration of 2 to 6 hours.
